A roofing coil lives outdoors for decades, so the coating weight and the surface condition at the moment of profiling decide how the finished sheet performs. This roofing galvanized steel coil carries a Z180 zinc coating on a DX51D base, is supplied oiled to protect the surface during storage and transport, and comes in widths from 600 mm to 1250 mm matched to standard corrugated and trapezoidal profiles. Thickness runs from 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm, the range used for single skin roof sheeting, wall cladding and press formed tile panels. We keep the coil dry, oiled and strapped, because a coil that picks up white rust in a container will produce stained sheets that no contractor will accept on a finished roof.

These coils feed roll formers producing corrugated roof sheeting, trapezoidal wall cladding, standing seam panels, tile effect roofing, ridge caps and flashings, as well as agricultural buildings, warehouse roofing, factory sheds, carports, fencing sheets and container roofs. In markets where unpainted galvanized roofing is the norm, Z180 is the usual minimum because it survives the wet season without staining. Where the sheet will be painted, the oiled and chromated face provides a sound base for a pretreatment and primer system, and the regular spangle option gives the traditional crystalline appearance that many rural and industrial buyers still prefer.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceEach coil is wrapped in VCI anti-corrosion film, covered by a layer of waterproof kraft paper and a galvanized steel outer skin, then secured with three circumferential and two longitudinal steel straps on a fumigation-free plywood pallet. Eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall orientation is confirmed against the buyer's unloading equipment, and a desiccant pack is added for long sea voyages. Coils are loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers with timber dunnage and air bags to prevent shifting. Every shipment is accompanied by a mill test certificate to EN 10204 3.1, a packing list and a coating weight report, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.
Manufacturing Experience & ComplianceRoofing coil is our highest volume export line, with regular shipments to Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America. We understand how these coils are actually handled: months of open yard storage, humid containers, rough forklift work. That is why every coil is oiled, VCI wrapped and strapped, and why we reject any coil that shows edge staining before loading. Our inspection team photographs each coil before packing and can share the images with the buyer before the container leaves. For repeat buyers we hold a stock programme and can commit to a fixed monthly tonnage so that a roofing season is not disrupted by price or availability swings. Our galvanizing operation has produced roofing grade coil since 2008, with an annual capacity above 300,000 metric tons and dedicated lines for light gauge material. We test coating weight, adhesion and surface appearance on every lot, and we hold ISO 9001:2015 certification with annual third party surveillance. Customers regularly ask us to compare a competitor sample with our coil under salt spray, and we welcome that: the data usually explains the price difference better than any brochure. Tell us your profile, your target market and your expected service life, and we will recommend the coating class that meets the requirement without padding the cost.
