The precision slit carbon steel coil service turns wide master coils into narrow strip with the geometry accuracy that continuous production lines require. Zhengde operates multi-head slitting lines with laser-guided width setting, producing strip from 20mm to 600mm wide with a width tolerance of ±0.1mm and burr below 0.05mm. Camber is controlled to 1mm per 2m so strip feeds straight into roll forming, punching and tube mills without twisting. Base materials cover Q195, Q235, SPCC, DC01 and SS400 in thicknesses from 0.3mm to 6.0mm, and tension leveling can be added where extreme flatness is specified. Each slit coil is wrapped and strapped on a steel skid, and a release report records the measured width, burr and surface condition of every order.

Precision slit coils feed continuous production lines that demand constant strip geometry: rolling shutter curtain profiles, louver blades and window guides, purlin and rail roll forming, cable tray sections, furniture edge trims, steel strapping, fence posts and tube blank preparation. Component stampers also use narrow slit strip for brackets, hinges and clips where consistent width protects tool life.
Each slit order is dimension checked on line and documented with a release report covering width, burr and surface condition. Zhengde operates under ISO 9001:2015, and material certificates follow the base coil heat. Coils are strapped on steel skids with edge protectors for export. Typical delivery is 7–15 days depending on slitting schedule and quantity.
