The DC04ED enameling steel cold rolled coil is a specialized low carbon aluminum-killed grade developed for products finished with vitreous enamel at firing temperatures around 830 °C. Zhengde controls the carbon and interstitial element levels so the steel absorbs hydrogen released during enamel firing, which is the key to fishscale resistance on large enamelled surfaces. The material offers deep drawing ductility for one-piece tank bodies, stable enamel adhesion after degreasing and pickling, and non-ageing behavior that keeps surfaces clean during forming.
Coils are supplied from 0.4 mm to 2.5 mm thickness and 600 mm to 1500 mm width, with a bright skin-passed surface prepared for the enameling line. Chemistry and mechanical test reports are issued for every heat so enamel shops can set their firing cycles with confidence.

DC04ED enameling steel is produced for vitreous enamel applications where the steel must survive high temperature firing without distortion or surface defects:
The deep drawing sub-grade supports one-piece seamless tank and sink forming.
Coils are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and tested for chemical composition, hardness, ductility and surface condition before release. EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates document every heat, and SGS or BV inspection can be arranged.
Export packaging includes rust preventive paper and protective edge rings. Stock orders ship in 7–15 days; production orders in 20–30 days.
