The SPCC and DC01 appliance grade cold rolled steel coil is engineered for visible white goods panels where surface quality decides the finished product. Zhengde controls the complete cold rolling route, from pickling and tandem rolling through continuous annealing to a final skin pass that produces a bright, uniform surface free of scratches, roll marks and staining. Surface roughness is adjusted to the order so that paint, powder coating or film lamination adheres consistently across long production runs, and tension leveling keeps panels flat enough for large blanked cabinets. The low carbon aluminum-killed metallurgy resists ageing, so stretcher strain marks do not appear during pressing. Supply covers 0.3mm to 2.0mm thickness and 600mm to 1500mm width with slit widths available, and every coil is released with surface inspection records and mill test certificates.

Appliance grade SPCC and DC01 coils are the standard material for white goods exteriors and liners: refrigerator doors and cabinets, washing machine drums and wrappers, microwave oven cavities, air conditioner panels, water dispenser bodies and range hoods. The same bright finish material serves office furniture, display shelving, vending machines and lighting housings where painted surface appearance is decisive.

Zhengde is an ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier and each coil is released with surface inspection, gauge verification and mill test certificates. Coils are edge protected, wrapped with anti-rust paper and plastic film, and steel strapped on export pallets. Stock delivery takes 7-15 days; production orders are completed within 20-30 days.
