HC260LA Cold Rolled Micro Alloyed Steel Coil 0.6-2.5mm EN 10268 Automotive Chassis Bracket

The HC260LA cold rolled micro alloyed steel coil combines a guaranteed 260 MPa yield strength with the deep drawing behavior that automotive stamping lines depend on. Zhengde produces the grade through continuous pickling, cold tandem rolling, full continuous annealing and a final skin pass, with niobium and titanium additions that refine the grain and deliver stable mechanical properties from coil start to finish. The bright skin-passed surface carries a controlled roughness that prepares the strip for phosphating and e-coating in automotive finishing lines. Thickness from 0.6mm to 2.5mm and width to 1500mm are rolled to tight EN 10131 tolerances, and slit edges are deburred to protect high speed tooling. HC260LA is a workhorse grade for automotive structural stampings that must combine strength with formability: suspension and chassis brackets, seat rails and recliner parts, door belt reinforcements, floor panel cross members and body mount reinforcements. It is also used for white goods structural frames and office furniture components where dent resistance matters. The grade is available in bare cold rolled finish for direct stamping and subsequent surface treatment.

Zhengde supplies HC260LA with full inspection certificates, hardness and tensile verification per coil, and optional SGS or BV inspection.
