The ultra thin cold rolled carbon steel coil with thickness from 0.2mm to 1.5mm is produced on high-speed tandem cold mills followed by annealing and skin pass rolling to achieve exceptional gauge accuracy and surface quality. This product is designed for precision stamping industries that manufacture electronic enclosures, connector shields, battery components, motor laminations and fine blanked parts where thickness variation directly affects dimensional accuracy and electrical performance. Zhengde controls the thickness tolerance to within plus or minus 0.02mm, which is significantly tighter than standard commercial tolerances, allowing progressive die stamping at high speeds with minimal adjustment. The coil is available in DC01 to EN 10130 or SPCC to JIS G3141, with hardness grades from soft annealed to 1/4 hard to suit different forming requirements. The bright finish surface is free of scratches, oil stains and edge burrs, and the slit edges are clean and parallel to guarantee smooth uncoiling in automated press lines. Each coil is inspected with online thickness gauges and pinhole detectors, and packaged with desiccant and vapor phase inhibitor paper to protect the sensitive surface during ocean shipment.
