The P265GH pressure vessel carbon steel coil is manufactured to EN 10028-2 for the construction of boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and storage tanks operating at elevated temperatures. In addition to guaranteed room temperature mechanical properties, P265GH provides specified yield and tensile values at temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius, which is the critical requirement for pressurized equipment in thermal and process industries. Zhengde controls the steel chemistry with tight phosphorus and sulfur limits and applies normalizing or controlled rolling to achieve a fine-grained microstructure that delivers stable high-temperature strength and good creep resistance. The coil is suitable for both hot forming and cold forming followed by heat treatment, and it welds reliably with standard low-alloy consumables. Thicknesses from 3mm to 30mm and widths up to 2500mm are available, with ultrasonic testing offered for critical applications. Each coil is supplied with full EN 10204 3.1 documentation including chemical composition, tensile properties, impact values and high-temperature yield data, enabling pressure vessel fabricators to complete their design documentation without additional testing.
